Tipsy’s PixelScroller Pack (v0.1)

This is the first release of my PixelScroller series — a 16x16 pixel art asset pack for 2D sidescroller games.

I’m creating this pack as part of my own art and dev journey, and I’ll be expanding it over time. If you’re just starting out or need some quick placeholder art, this early version gives you the basics to start building small levels.

What’s Inside (v0.1)

• Grass tileset (16x16, tilemap-ready)

• 2 signposts (left & right)

• 2 small rocks

• 3 flower variations

• Woodstation with axe

• Lamp post

• 2 trees (with a separate bush sprite)

• Trash bin (extra test asset)

How to Use

• Assets are exported as PNG with transparency

• Scaled for a 16x16 grid, can be resized in-engine if needed

License

• Free to use in personal and commercial projects

• Credit is appreciated but not required

• Do not resell or redistribute the pack on its own

Future Plans

This is just the start of the PixelScroller series. Future updates will include:

• More tiles (stone, dirt, platforms, etc.)

• Props like barrels, traps, and treasure chests

• Animated objects
